Classes & Workshops

My class is a mix of soul nourishing breathwork, gentle movement, movement with breath and moving meditations. Some times we move more, sometimes we move less. We listen to our bodies and honour how we feel at that time. We begin with a calming centring, bringing you from your normal daily life into a more relaxed and calm space. Next we add some gentle breathing practices or pranyama before warming up our body in preparation for our core practice.

During our core practice, we flow in and out of asana, we aim to move our joints through their full range of movements. We only do what feels right and always enter our asana with a little bit of self enquiry, asking ourselves if there is anything else I can do here to really make this work for me and my body.

Following this we begin to unwind and slow everything right down again, coming into Savasana. This is where we give ourselves permission to  completely let go and just allow our beautiful yoga practice to sink in and fully integrate into our body, our mind and our soul.

Tuesday Evening Yoga

A new term of gentle and nourishing Yoga begins on February 24th for 8 week block.  This class is suitable for every body, we connect with the breath, we flow through gentle movement before melting into a deep relaxation. We enjoy lots of movement in this class, but also lots of time for pause…the end goal is always absolute stillness. This class is full of the loveliest humans and you would be so welcome. Yoga for Pregnancy


Prenatal yoga returns on Thursday April 16th for a 8 week block . Class is held in the hall space of North kildare Educate Together School.

There are so many amazing benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy including building strength and stamina, bonding with baby and empowering yourself with lots of knowledge allowing you to make informed decisions about what YOU want for your pregnancy journey. Most of all, yoga during pregnancy is such a wonderful gift to keep you grounded and deeply connected with yourself as you embark on this wonderful journey.

No experience required. Suitable from 14 weeks.

During pregnancy women are commonly told they can’t do this and they can’t do that, well that’s simply not true! You are amazing and your body is amazing, yes we may need to make changes to our yoga practice during pregnancy but there is no reason for you to stop being active in fact it’s imperative you don’t!!

So join me for some lovely prenatal yoga, gentle movement, breathwork, pelvic floor connection,bonding with baby and much more ❤️

Mini Retreat @ Athgoe Castle


Are you looking for another way to spend a Friday evening, how about joining me for a candlelit evening of health, healing and wellbeing..a mini retreat where we will delve into absolute stillness and deep intentional rest…

This 2 hour offering is a space where you will enjoy nourishing breathwork, some gentle movement, before melting into long held and deeply supported restorative asana. Using bolsters, blankets, lavender scented eye pillows and blocks to support the body, the only theme here is letting go… while welcoming in deep rest.

We will finish our evening with yoga nidra, yogic sleep, where we will retreat into the body of sensation, intention setting and letting go…

Learn how to connect to your inner sense of wellbeing, an inner wholeness that has always been there; an evening for you to remember who you truly are, to slow down, to stop thinking and just be…

There are so many amazing benefits of Restorative work including reduced stress, improved sleep, an enjoyed sense of inner calm, for me most importantly the realisation that the body already knows what to do, we just need to remember…
