My class is a mix of soul nourishing breathwork, gentle movement and deep rest. Some times we move more, sometimes we move less, always listening to our body. Beginning with a calming centring to bring you from your normal day into a more relaxed and calm space. Then adding some gentle breathing practices or pranyama before warming up our body in preparation for our core practice.

During core practice, we flow in and out of asana, we aim to move our joints through their full range of movements, only doing what feels right and always enter our asana with a little bit of self enquiry, asking ourselves if there is anything else I can do here to really make this work for me and my body.

Following this we unwind and slow everything right down again, coming into Savasana. This is where we give ourselves permission to completely let go and just allow our beautiful yoga practice to sink in and fully integrate into our body, our mind and our soul.

Tuesday Evening Yoga

This class is suitable for every body, we connect with the breath, we flow through gentle movement before melting into a deep relaxation. We enjoy lots of movement in this class, but also lots of time for pause…the end goal is always absolute stillness. This class is full of the loveliest humans and you would be so welcome. 💙
Yoga for Pregnancy

Prenatal yoga is held on Thursdays in the hall space of North kildare Educate Together School.
There are so many amazing benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy including building strength and stamina and bonding with baby. Most of all, yoga during pregnancy is such a wonderful gift to keep you grounded and deeply connected with yourself as you embark on this wonderful journey.

This 2 hour offering is a space where you will enjoy nourishing breathwork, some gentle movement, before melting into long held and deeply supported restorative asana. Using bolsters, blankets, lavender scented eye pillows and blocks to support the body, the only theme here is letting go… while welcoming in deep rest.
We will finish our evening with yoga nidra, yogic sleep, where we will retreat into the body of sensation, intention setting and letting go…

Friday Unwind Celbridge ✨️

Friday June 12th 7.30-9pm.
Join me at the end of your busy week for a deeply supported practice of stillness, restoration and letting go. Take time to reset the nervous system, giving the body time to process all that life throws at us.
Restorative yoga is so beneficial as it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering our stress hormones providing a safe and supported environment for the body to release tension, to rest and digest.
No experience needed, just come exactly as you are with your yoga mat and blanket.
Bolsters, blocks, eye pillows are provided
